John May London triple case

A triple case verge fusee pocket watch, made by the watchmaker John May of London.

All three cases are made of Sterling silver, the inner case with the movement, the second a repoussé case, the outer case is covered with a tortoise shell.

The movement has a gorgeous hand painted dial, winds smoothly and runs with a great motion in all positions, keeps reasonable verge time.
