Article 1. General conditions:

These general conditions apply to all products delivered by Fair Trade Holland. Many of the antique products show traces of use that come with their age. Fair Trade Holland is not liable for any consequential damage that the customer or a third party may suffer with regard to the products.

Article 2. Delivery:

Items are carefully packed and delivered by Fair Trade Holland within 5 working days after payment. However, in the event of a delivery expiring, the customer forfeits all rights to compensation.

Article 3. Prices:

All prices are listed in American Dollars and include tax. All products are subject to the margin regulation. All prices do include shipping.

Article 4. Shipping:

All parcels will be packed with care and handled by DHL express. Our shipments are fully insured. 

Article 5. Return policy:

Costumers who buy at Fair Trade Holland have a cooling-off period of 7 days. Within this period the customer may reverse the sale and return the product in its original packaging. The customer will be reimbursed when the product is returned in good condition. The shipping costs (and possible additional fees) for the return will be paid by the customer.
