J. Ullmann & Co Hongkong & Shanghai Chinese market Pocket Watch

Made in Switzerland circa 1900, for the Chinese market, silver double-dial case. The front dial signed “J. Ullmann & Co” and “Hong Kong & Shanghai” with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. The back dial has Chinese lunar calendar writing in Chinese characters. A special combination of western and eastern design to witness the history.

Recently fully serviced, in a fine working condition.

Unfortunately the bezel on the calendar side has a imperfection, a smal repair spot, a tiny dent, hardly noticeable, see the last picture.

Overall a very rare high collectable pocket watch.
